Face Picket fencing is exclusive to Probuild because it requires custom manufacturing machinery that no other PVC fencing company in Australia has. We designed it, we built the tooling for it, and we are the only ones who can produce it. This is not something you can source from an importer or order from a catalogue.
The difference is in the mounting. Standard picket fences sit the pickets between the top and bottom rails. Face Picket mounts them on the front of the rail instead, so the full face of each picket is visible from the street. It gives the fence a bolder, more solid look while still being unmistakably a picket fence.
It is available in three profiles — Federation, Colonial and Traditional — so you can match the picket style to your property while getting that distinctive front-facing look. If you have seen it on a home in Perth and wondered who made it, the answer is us.
Face Picket fencing is only available in PVC — you cannot get this style in timber because the front-mounting technique is part of our custom manufacturing process. But even if you could, PVC is the better material for Perth conditions.
PVC does not crack, warp, rot or need painting. It is termite-proof and it handles Perth weather without fading or going brittle. Every picket stays straight and every panel stays uniform, which matters even more with the face-mounted design where the front of the fence is the whole show.

Face Picket is available in three picket profiles so you can match the character of your home. Face Picket Federation has the ornate pointed top for heritage properties, Face Picket Colonial has the rounded scalloped profile, and Face Picket Traditional has the classic pointed cap.
All three are available in standard heights from 0.9 metres through to 1.8 metres and above. Available in white.
